I watched Most Haunted Live while they were at this beautiful location,it seems quite a sad place and it is also with great sadness that it is to be demolished..what is to be built on this lovely place?

Being chasing this on www.northwaleshospital.co.uk site, we are led to beleive that 2 thirds of it is to be demolished and the remainder turned into housing. Although there are comments about fining the company for leaving it in such a state as the majority of it is a grade II listed building.....personally I think it was planned to leave to rot and then only option would be to tear it down, giving them more room to build on? Cynical or what.
It is a lovely building and VERY close to a couple of roads that run past the front and rear.
